David Sloman, chief executive, kicked off each event by presenting the trust’s world class care values journey to date, detailing how our values were formed in 2012, then tested with staff and patients at Barnet Hospital and Chase Farm Hospital in 2014, before the behaviour framework was developed earlier this year.
