Is SETI home still operating?
It’s important to note that SETI @ home is not disappearing. The web site and message boards will continue to operate. Hopefully, other UC Berkeley astronomers will find uses for the huge computing capabilities of SETI @ home, for SETI or related areas like cosmology and pulsar research.
Where are the SETI com locations?
The possible locations are:
- Directly in front of the Racin’ Stripes machine in the underground area.
- In front of the main entrance to Polar Peak.
- In the center of the gift shop in Polar Peak.
- In between the purple and orange colored fountains in the Fountain Area.
Where is the calculator in zombies in space land?
The Calculator can either be found on the yellow bench outside of the spawn area. It’s hard to miss it. Just look to your left at the bench beside the center flower bed. If the first spot doesn’t pan out, look for the calculator on top of a trashcan inside of Astrocade.
Why did SETI shut down home?
The project has had to shut down several times to change over to new databases capable of handling more massive datasets.

To start the Easter egg: Give DJ Hasselhoff the SETI-COM parts. Find him in the DJ booth — there are multiple DJ Booths, so check them all. One can be found in Journey into Space, down an alley behind the cinema. He can also be found near the entrance to the Kepler System, or near Bang-Bang in Polar Peak.
