Does Schwarzkopf silver toner work?
This toner is great, but I had to use a lot to get the desired affect. I left it on for about 45 mins to tone my hair from yellow blonde to ashy blonde. I’d highly recommend it for people who are rushed, especially if you want to avoid splashing out on getting a colour just a couple of weeks more. So affordable!
