Is a 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon still good?
The milder temperatures of the year are evident in virtually all of the wines I’ve tasted. The 2009s are very tight, concentrated and well-structured—the kinds of wines that are great choices to cellar. Even wineries known for making riper styles are dialed back.
Is cab sav a good wine?
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a tasty treat full of rich dark berries, fine tannins and overtones of oak, with a long finish that will keep on going through your duck ragu. I could not recommend this wine more.
