Who is angeal and Genesis?
The main protagonist is Zack Fair, a young and friendly SOLDIER. His mentor and friend is Angeal Hewley, a 1st class SOLDIER who is also friends with fellow SOLDIER members Sephiroth and Genesis, who ultimately becomes the game’s primary antagonist.

No. But in a round about way, yes. Sephiroth is the biological child of Hojo and Lucretia. However, due to the fact that he was infused with Jenova’s DNA as a fetus, he views himself as the biological son of Jenova.
