Vladimir Iorich is a German businessman and a mining tycoon who has an estimated net worth of $1.55 billion. He is a Russian born businessman and is a large shareholder in Mechel AOA which is a Russian steel & mining company.
Mechel AOA was run by billionaire Igor Zyuzin. However, in 2007 a bitter feud ensued between Iorich & Zyusin which compelled Vladimir to sell all his shares in the company. Later he established Pala Investments which was based in Zug in Switzerland.
