Sting Wrestler Net Worth $8 Million
Steve Borden named himself specifically for wrestling as STING in 1995. Sting is the only prominent wrestler who never worked with the WWE. He held a ten-time World Championship Wrestling (WCW) World titles.
He has performed with the WWF on its final episode of WCW Monday Nitro on March 26, 2001 by which WWF has acquired WCW but he never signed with the company.
He actually won a poll conducted by WWE determining the United States Champion of all time. He beat his contenders, all WWE Hall of Famers in a landslide victory of 53%. When he is asked about signing with WWE, he would always answer “I didn't trust the way I would be used.” Though he never signed with an established wrestling promotion, he has a net worth of $8 million.
Sting was a Total Nonstop Action Hall of Famer. He briefly served as a Storyline President of WCW and became a published author. Other than wrestling, he has appeared on a Sprite commercial.
Sting also had guest appearances on various TV series like Action-Adventure series, Hulk Hogan vehicle Thunder in Paradise, Walker and Texas Ranger. He had his lead role on a TV series Shutter speed.
Now, there are speculations that he will sign to WWE. McMahon is trying to prove that he can get Sting and that everyone has a price. Who knows if he will sign or not? Let’s just wait and see.
