He specializes in authoring science fiction, fantasy, horror and contemporary horror books. Stephen King has an estimated net worth of $400 million. He is among the most successful writers in the United States and in the world at large. King has sold over 350 million copies and many of them have been adapted into comic books, television series, movies and films. He has published more than 50 novels, including 5 non-fiction books and 7 books under the pseudonym “Richard Bachman”. In November 2011, he made a donation of $70,000 to help pay the heating bills for disadvantaged families during the winter in Bangor, Maine.
