Mitchell Goldhar is a Canadian real estate mogul, who has an estimated net worth of $2.2 billion. He serves as the President and CEO of SmartCenters Inc. (formerly FirstPro Shopping Centers) and First Pro Group of Companies, which is a Toronto-based property developer. 

He has been in the real estate development business for a total of twenty-two years. He developed the first new Canadian Wal-Mart store, and he has since developed more than 175 centers in the country. 

Besides being a successful real estate magnate, Goldhar is also a passionate philanthropist. He has contributed a lot of money to fund various projects across the country. In October 2012, he made a contribution of 1 million Canadian dollars to the Brain Campaign for the Canadian Sports Concussion Project.

The project focuses on identifying various repetitive concussions that affect many of Canadian athletes. Despite being incredibly rich, this self-made billionaire is not yet married.
