Mary-Kate And Ashley Olsen Net Worth $300 Million
Popularly known as the Olsen Twins collectively, Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Fuller Olsen have a combined net worth of $300 million. They have made a mark in the world as actresses, fashion designers and shrewd businesswomen. Growing up, money was never an issue as both of them entered the prestigious millionaire bracket aged just 10.
After appearing in the sitcom Full House together, they used their popularity to great effect and ventured into other fields. Bearing their similar physical features, the Twins are often considered to be identical.
That’s not the case though; they are fraternal twins. Besides themselves, they have other siblings as well. Trent is their elder brother and Elizabeth is their younger sister. They were all born to the same parents. Like most celebrities, the Olsen twins have a mixed heritage of English and Norwegian ancestry.
The Twins were just destined to greatness. They founded the company Dualstar in 1993, and it reaped them plenty of benefits. The production house produced some of their movies and videos such as Double, Double, Toil and Trouble and How the West Was Fun. Some of the other movies the twins have worked together in are It Takes Two, When In Rome, New York Minute, Getting there, The Challenge etc.
The twins come second to no twin in the world. During their heyday in the late 1990s, their popularity had swept the world. Their names were used in clothes, hats, books, makeup kits, posters, telephones etc. Mattel even produced Mary Kate Ashley Olsen dolls from 2000-2005.
The Twins are regulars in Forbes magazine and have been so for a long time. Both of them broke records when they became the youngest producers aged 6. In 2008, the twins published a book titled Influence which featured many fashion designers giving their insights on girls’ fashion lines.
