Lawrence Stroll is undoubtedly one of the wealthiest people in Canada. According to Forbes, this Canadian businessman has an estimated net worth of $2.4 billion. He is ranked as the 14th richest person in Canada and the 731st richest person in the world. He is the co-founder of Sportswear Holdings alongside Silas Chou, and they continue to work together. The two business partners have invested in various companies such as Tommy Hilfiger Asia, Pepe Jeans and Karl Lagerfeld.
Stroll was born 54 years ago, and just like his father, he is best known for being one of pioneers of the fashion industry. He started his career with the Pierre Cardin line for children and women, and later brought Ralph Lauren’s children and women’s clothing to Canada. Stroll eventually developed the clothing line throughout Europe.
In the recent past, Stroll and Chou bought Asprey & Garrard, a group of British companies that make leather and luxury jewels. In 2002, the duo signed a lease with multi-billionaire, Donald Trump, for the first three floors of the corner of Trump Tower. Stroll owns homes in various locations such as Mont Tremblant, Westmount, London and Mustique. Besides being an industrious businessman, Stroll also as a passion for racing cars, and owns a collection of Ferraris.
