Joseph Lau Luen Hong is a billionaire real estate investor from Hong Kong. He was born in 1951 in Hong Kong but his family roots lie in Chaozhou, Guangdong. His net worth is estimated to be at $8.7 billion by Forbes.
He founded ‘Chinese Estates Holdings’ which is a firm that deals with investment in property and development, managing properties, brokerages and investments in securities. Besides being the chairman of the firm he also owns 61 percent stake in the company.
