The phenomenon Candy Crush has proven to be an addictive game. The game has catapulted its developers, KING.com to the world map. After going public recently, the company was valued at $7.1 billion. That is certainly sweet and divine. Much of Candy Crush’s major income comes from the millions of frustrated players who spend money buying extra lives, add-ons etc. A simple trick which helps the players get extra lives exists. It involves changing the time/date settings in the phone where the game is installed. Ebb in profits is certainly on the cards if people get to know this trick. But for now, Candy Crush boasts of 42,485 daily installs and over 6 million daily active users.
