2013 Revenue : $171 Billion

The California based company has been on the rise since the start of the new decade amassing $65 billion in 2010, $108 billion in 2011, $157 billion in 2012 and $171 billion in 2013. It continually ranks very high in the list of most valuable brands. Most recently, Apple released its earnings for the First Quarter in 2014 standing to be at $57.6 billion. That’s a profit of $13.1 billion more than the first quarter of 2013. That makes Apple the world’s second largest information Technology Company by revenue, only behind Korean giants Samsung electronics. In the cut-throat competition of smart phones, Apple has managed to be the world’s third largest mobile phone maker.
