Gil Shwed attributes the success of Check Point Software Technologies to his love and fascination of computers, which started at the tender age of 10. Shwed has received a number of accolades and awards including an honorary Doctor of science from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. The Israeli entrepreneur has an estimated net worth of $ 1.65 Billion.
