Diane Keaton Net Worth $32 Million

Academy Award winning American actress Diane Keaton is a jack of all trades, but it’s her acting prowess that has garnered the world’s attention over the past few decades. She is best known for her roles in The Godfather and Annie Hall. Her success in the movie world is characterized by the act that all movies she has starred in have grossed over $1 billion in North America. Apart from being an actress, Keaton is also an author, photographer, singer and a real estate developer.

Keaton says that she drew her inspiration to become an actress when her mother won a homemaker’s beauty pageant in Los Angeles. She participated in Performing Arts clubs in high school and later enrolled as an acting student in college before dropping out to pursue a career in entertainment. After a stint in theatre, which peaked when she won the part in Woody Allen’s production Play It Again, Sam, Keaton moved to film. She debuted in Lovers and Other Strangers and went on to appear in commercials and television shows.

Her early career was characterized by her collaboration with Allen in film, most notably the romantic comedy Annie Hall in 1977. Her role in the film also made her a fashion icon due to the eccentric nature of her dressing. Since then, she has had a streak of successful films. She was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005 during the Hollywood Film Festival. Keaton has amassed a fortune of $32 million.
