Carlos Alberto Sicupira is a Brazilian entrepreneur, who is known to be one of the three tycoons who control Anheuser-Busch InBev, which is considered to be the world’s largest company. The three self-made billionaires merged Ambev, which is a Brazilian beermaker, with Interbrew, a Belgium beermaker, to form InBev. In November 2010, InBev bought Anheuser-Busch for $52 billion.

Together with his two longtime partners and fellow billionaires Jorge Paulo Lemman and Marcel Telles, he founded an investment company known as 3G Capital. This investment company is best known for its acquisition of Burger King, which is one of the top consumer brands in the world. They partnered with Eike Batista, who is ranked as the wealthiest man in the Southern hemisphere, in the acquisition of Burger King. Additionally, the trio also controls Lojas Americanans, which is a highly successful Brazilian retailer.
