Carlo Fidani is a Canadian businessman and currently ranked as the 10th richest person in Canada with an estimated net worth of $4 billion. He is also one of the most financially successful real estate owners and developers in the country. He is the owner of Orlando Corp (formerly known as Fidani and Sons), which is a construction, development and management company that was founded by his grandfather, Carlo Fidani in 1948. Carlo Fidani took over the ownership and full management of the family business after his father, Orey Fidani, died in 2000.
