Bruce Jenner Net Worth $100 Million
Bruce Jenner was born 64 years ago to Mr. And Mrs. William Hugh Jenner. The New York-native has a net worth of $100 million. He is the eldest in a family of three and his siblings include his late brother Burt and sister Nicole Jenner.
As a kid, Bruce was dyslexic, which hampered his reading abilities during his student days in High School as well as in Graceland University. However, his astute sportsmanship, made up for his shortcomings in academics.
Bruce’s road to amassing wealth can be traced to the decathlon track field at the Montreal Summer Olympics in 1976 when he bagged a gold medal and set a new world record in the decathlon event. Surprisingly, he only opted for the track fields after suffering a knee injury that forced him to abandon his ambitions of becoming a football player. Lady luck, however, knocked on Bruce’s door when a track and field coach at his university saw his potential as a decathlon runner.
The aftermath of the Montreal Summer Games saw Bruce gain a cult status all over America. Awards, such as, the Associated Press Male Athlete of the Year and James E. Sullivan Award were conferred on him in 1976. He was further inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame as well as the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame. The bucks soon started flowing in beginning with the Wheaties Cereal brand for which he was the spokesman. He also starred in several movies with renowned actors, such as Adam Sandler.
His profile continued to skyrocket with his marriage to Kris Kardashian in 1991 with whom he sired two children. With his family, Bruce has starred in ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’ a reality show that is broadcast on E! His separation with Kris has limited his appearances on the show but not the cash he milks from it. He is also a motivational speaker and owner of Bruce Jenner Aviation, a company that sells aircraft spare parts to corporations.
Bruce Jenner is certainly minted with a net worth of $100 million. This is one headline that even the man himself might not have fathomed when he suffered a knee injury that ended his football career. It may have seemed quite unfortunate back then but looking back, Bruce would be quite grateful for the injury that set the stage for a life of super stardom and wealth.
